Meritex is a privately owned company based in Minneapolis / St. Paul, Minnesota that manages a portfolio of more than 10 million square feet offering flexible space solutions. Our business is centered on quality, functional space that allows tenants to balance their business growth using a variety of properties and locations. As companies’ needs change, our portfolio allows tenants to expand within the same, or another, geographic area.

Broker Participation

Meritex aggressively seeks quality properties in new and existing markets throughout the United States. Broker participation is a key to Meritex’s strategy of buying, selling and leasing properties.  We actively engage brokers in all primary and secondary markets to help source, sell and lease our properties.

Market area growth and product depth is what drives our organization. Meritex is constantly evaluating new opportunities. We will discuss the sale of any of our current property and the acquisition of new properties.

Maintaining good relationships with current tenants is important to Meritex. High occupancy levels is key to our business strategy and we encourage brokers to help solve prospective tenant needs and expand our overall presence in each market.
