We invest in mid-sized, multi-tenant industrial buildings in select markets.  We aim to be active members in each local community, to increase location choices for our customers, and to give our tenants space to grow.

Investment Criteria:

• Primary or Secondary Markets
• 75k to 200k square feet
• Low office finish
• Concrete block or tilt-up concrete construction
• Minimum clear height of 18 feet
• Located in submarkets with barriers to entry
